Harvest skis are handcrafted in the USA, using only the finest materials, and backed by an industry leading 3 Year Iron Clad Guarantee warranty program.
The skis are built using sandwich sidewall construction providing unmatched power to the edge and uncompromised durability. We start with solid wood cores that run tip to tail and are sandwiched between layers of Vector Ply 22oz. tri-axial weave fiber glass. All skis feature full height and full wrap UHMW-PE sidewalls, 3 layers of vulcanized rubber foil, full wrap hardened steel edges, 4001 grade sintered Dura Surf UHMW-PE base with die cut graphics and premium PBT high gloss L15 Carbon textured topsheets with sublimated graphics.
Full length tip to tail hybrid poplar cores are strong, lightweight and provide pop for lively feel.
2 layers VectorPly 22oz. tri-axial weave composite provide strength and torsional rigidity.<
3 layers of vulcanized rubber in strategic locations within the ski provide dampening and material bonding.
Full Metal Jacket Edge
Full wrap 2.2mm hardened steel edges provide strength and protection.
UHMW-PE Sidewall/Sandwich Construction
This composite layup is commonly used in racing skis and is the ultimate in power transfer to the edge of the ski. The UMHW-PE sidewalls surround the core and are durable and temperature resistant.
